Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return:

- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us at contact@thejoydeem.com within 30 days of receiving the item, and we will assist you with the exchange process.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:

- Items that have been used or damaged due to improper handling
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.
